Conveyancing completed in 5 weeks.Is it possible

I am in a chain of 3, i  am also the middle link. My buyer is now at a stage to proceed since possibly for last 2 weeks. They are asking alot of questions in regards to dates of move. My seller has had to reappoint a new solicitor as previous one was under investigation by law society. New solicitor was appointed on the 7th of august. My Seller went to the office and delivered new pre agreement on the 25th of august. They say they instructed the solicitor to start the searches as he knew all was being held up on his end on the 19th of august.   

Is it Possible to have this all completed by the 30th of September (5 weeks)? My seller is moving to rented accommodation has no mortgage to sort out but will have to pay off rest of there mortgage.  My buyer is threatening to pull out of the deal as its so quiet, they are a FTB so maybe not sure of the whole process. Dont think there is anything  can do to help out the issue, as i have not seen any paper work yet for my purchase.

I've just gone from offering on 1st July to completion on 14th August, so 6 weeks. Buying a completed new build and not selling my old place.

That was a very quick turn around time. hope mine would go as quick at that.

Doubtful I’ve no chain selling mine cash buyer and still not heard back for 4 weeks regarding searches
