Maternity Pay - SA302
My wife is self employed, she received maternity pay in 2017 - 2018. Our MB has put our application into HSBC. HSBC have asked for something to prove that the state benefit received in 2017 - 2018 is for maternity pay. The SA302 only shows as state benefit. Is there another way we can prove it was for maternity pay?
