Hi all,
Just wondering if those with experiences with Bluestone can help.
I have an application in with them and the developer has called to inform me that the valuation will take place on Monday.

Does that mean they have completed the underwriting?

No, because it all goes back to the underwriter when the survey comes in.
They were pretty quick after the surveyor went to see the property I'm buying.
Probably a week after the survey you will know.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -

The underwriter will have done 99% of the work prior to instructing the valuation.
