NatWest Mortgage 10% Overpayments
Does anyone know if the 10% is calculated at the anniversary of the mortgage or is it based on the previous years balance? If it is the former, and you had £66k left to pay, you could presumably pay £3300 in one month and £3300 in another and not breach the 10% limit?

Can anyone give us an idea before we try and find a mortgage advisor?
