Many years ago i bought a small plot which i now have planning permission for a 3 bed house. The cost of the build is going to be about 120k i have 40k saved i cant find and uk self build mortgages i know i could go to a adviser but i wanted to know is there anything out there before i pay anyone any fees? did the search function couldn't find the question sorry if its been asked before.
