Hi All, I currently have a Nationwide Mortgage part repayment, part interest only (basically I have an old endowment policy) where I overpay about £500 per month. LTV & Fee
Hi, am I right in thinking If had a house worth £100,000 and a mortgage of £69,500 so an LTV of 69.5% and when remortgaging add £1000 fee onto the loan this would then take the LTV to 70.5% or would the LTV be the amount without the fee? Many thanks in advance.
