Do I have a right to be annoyed at the OH?

We've been saving for a deposit for ages and I've been tidying up finances/credit score for a while now in prep for mortgage application. My other half has just admitted that over the Christmas period he used a large chunk of his overdraft, received bank charges and withdrew cash on credit card a couple of times. (despite the fact that I bought all the family presents/food/petrol! The overdraft/charges are paid off but this would still show on credit score wouldn't it
How badly might this affect us - hence the do I have a right to be absolutely raging mad at him? or just a little annoyed?

Using an overdraft is fine. Not paying it back is bad.
A couple of cash advances will be fine too.
Nothing to worry about.:footie:Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.

What's to worry about is such a haphazard approach to money and far worse the deception.0

I think I would still be mad with him even if you are going to be okay for a mortgage application. I would definitely want to know what on earth his reasons were for doing this?!Current Mortgage 01.10.17 £113,513.88
MFW Start Mortgage: £114,794.64
Current MED: 2036:eek: Target MED: 2026
Overpayment Target for remainder of 2017: £2,000
Mortgage overpayment savings: £684.80

If you wait until there are 3 months bank statements without charges there should be no real harm done.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I think it really depends on what the money went on ...
eg
he overdid the festivities - be mad ...
you didn't get quite as much of the prezzies etc as you thought you did - well, that takes two to tango ...
you got all the prezzies, festive stuff, but he paid for the "normal stuff" you normally paid for - be sorry for overburdening his finances ...0
