How much do santander charge to change to a lower rate mortgage?
I had a mortgage offer 6 weeks ago and now the rate has gone down 0.10%. (2 year fixed) I spoke to my mortgage broker who is sorting the mortgage out and he said they may charge £200 to move onto this lower rate, would it be that much or could it be more? Thanks
