Remortgage Query

So my mortgage will commence on the 15th of May 2015 and it's a five year fix.
After looking at a payment calculator with no over payments the mortgage will be just over 50k at the end of the 5 year fix.
When it comes to a remortgage do most lenders have a minimum loan amount similar to as if you were a FTB?
The reason I ask is I have seen some lenders who won't lend less than 50k and some will lend less.
Does anyone have a list of lenders and the lowest amount they will lend?
The main reason I ask as this could impact if I decide to overpay or not.
