Does anyone know if these still exist?
I have handed in notice at work, although am still contracted full time on full pay for another 5 months.
I don't yet have another job and was planning to take a few months out before finding a new one. (I have some savings to see me through and pay mortgage etc.)
Do I have any chance of re-mortaging now? credit history etc. is all good, no others debts, I can get a guarantor if required.
Or have I timed this badly and will no bank touch me until I've been back in full-time employment for a while?
I have a meeting with a broker on Monday to discuss, but any comments/shared experiences in the meantime would be greatly appreciated.

I'd imagine a new deal with your current lender will be the best bet, as they wont require any further affordability checks on you if you have kept your account in order. I'm sure one of the brokers will pop up to confirm.0
