Additional loans - Santander

Hi all,


I've just been told about the additional loans that Santander offer, through your mortgage.


I've been thinking about trying to buy another property and could use the money for this.


Are these too good to be true? Anything to be aware of?

Nothing to be aware of once you have read the terms of the loan, as you should in any new credit agreement, and that you can afford the repayments.

Just because they offer the service of lending additional borrowing, doesn't mean you have to take it.

Normally the loans are for home improvement etc. Borrowing to purchase another property may not be acceptable.
