How much do santander charge to change to a lower rate mortgage?

Options
I had a mortgage offer 6 weeks ago and now the rate has gone down 0.10%. (2 year fixed)

I spoke to my mortgage broker who is sorting the mortgage out and he said they may charge £200 to move onto this lower rate, would it be that much or could it be more?

Thanks

Its £199 if I recall correctly.

Only charged if the offer has already been produced.

Although a request for a change of rate is a fairly common occurrence, best discuss with your broker if there has been any material changes in your position as the lender could run another check resulting in withdrawal of the offer.
