Hi all, My husband are trying to buy a part buy part rent house with the mortgage with nationwide only being £51,000.00 so not a high amount at all, the valuation is being done tomorrow, what are the chances of being declined?

Question about consent to lease
I've been in a house for 2 months now and my situation has changed. I don't want to sell my home as I may move back one day but I'd like to get consent to lease. My mortgage is with halifax and It's usually 6 months before they will consent. Is there anyway it could be done sooner? Thanks
