where are 5 year fixes going?
YBS have a 3.99% 5 year fix and a 4.09% offset five yr fix, these seem to be the market leading products at 75% LTV is there going to be more competition coming along to challenge that? or are we going to see an upward trend? there are lower fixes (HSBC) but at lower LTV's thanks
