Can anyone tell me how Northern Rock calculate their SVR? They don't seem to say anywhere whether it's a set rate above Base...

Its not calculated. Its whatever Northern Rock decide it is, and if you have had a mortgage with them for over a certain period your SVR goes onto a loyalty rate which is slightly cheaper.0
