Fixed rate finished, reverts to tracker, or should i refix?
I was afirst time buyer in Apr 07. Best deal i could get at the time was 6.19%, thankfully this is just finished. My husband and I are currently in an IVA, due to finish in January 2011. Our current mortgage is with Northern Rock and our deal came to an end last year.
