Co-operative Bank remortgage

Has anyone recently re-mortgaged with Co-op bank? If so how did it all go? Did they keep wanting to see further info or was it straight forward? How did the valuation go? did they do a full valuation or a drive by valuation? did they under value at all? I have just been accepted and wanting to know what to expect. Thanks everyone

I had a application with them and they really dragged their feet, it took ages in the end i got gazzumped.
