My dream job: running a B&B . I know most banks give 30/70 value business mortgages. My problem is, I can put only £30000 for a deposit. I live in rather expensive area ( average property price above national) in rented accomodation, I'd have to move into other, cheaper region , but I don't think anywhere in Uk I could buy B&B for £100000. Any ideas?
