Changing battery on 4 year old mobile
Is it worthwhile to change the battery on a 4 year old mobile phone, or should I just get a new Android phone? I don't mind getting a new battery, but this might be a waste of money if the phone won't last much longer. It is used for zoom and similar, which I think may have run down the battery. Any thoughts?

Best bet for UK mobiles to be used in USA
As far as I can see, Three is the only UK provider to allow one's data allowance to be used for a trip to the USA. As that could potentially save a fortune over a month long trip next year, it seems like one of Three's Advanced Plans is my only sensible option. But am I missing other possibilities? Thanks.

Buying mobile phone from Argos
Do mobiles bought from Argos have their IMEI added to the National Mobile Property Register, or will I have to register it myself? I know Amazon do this but I'd rather not buy from them (they make enough money in the UK as it is!) and wondered if Argos did the same. I'll be buying from them on-line rather than in-store btw.

Sounds a bit strange but I run a small business where I use my personal mobile for work. however, I now want to have a new mobile for my business. the issue I have is while I’m busy, I don’t do a lot of outgoing and some months none at all. I was wondering if there was a sim which didn’t require a monthly top up. I think…

Solar powered battery pack
Has anyone used one of these? We are going camping and would like to have a source of power so my wife can use her phone to take photos. (Using a camera instead is not something she will do).

She has just received her bill and its £140. Looking at her bill she has been changed extra for going over her minutes. I have…

Someone who'll recycle old/broken/locked phones?
I work for an environmental charity. I've got two ancient iPhone 5's that haven't been used in years and are passcode-locked. We don't know the passcode, or the Apple ID password even if we could get into them. The touchscreen doesn't respond at all on one of them. We want them recycled rather than going in landfill but,…

Question about O2 "Deal"
Hi Everyone. I am considering getting O2's current Unlimited deal for a 24-month contract for £25.00 per month which ends on the 16th of June. However, I am wanting to know how much per month this contract will be after the 16th of June and how much it will be after 24 months when it renews. The fact that it is a "deal"…

Some Bank Holidays missing from my iPhone calendar
I’ve always had ‘UK Holidays’ enabled on my iPhone calendar but this year some of the Bank Holidays are missing. New Year and the Easter and Christmas Bank Holidays are showing, but the two in May and the August Bank Holiday I’ve had to add in myself. Randomly, Christmas Eve is showing as a UK Holiday. I’ve had the same…

EE nightmare
Hope someone can associate with this nightmare I'm having with EE. I ordered an upgrade online and the phone never arrived. Tracking ends with it at DPD's main sorting hub in Hinkley. I gave it a week and chased it up with EE. They immediately ordered a redelivery which never came. I then opened a case with EE but they…

Cheap phone for what 3 words (or gps device of some kind?)
I'm after a cheap smartphone, or another device if there is one, that will run what 3 words for when we're out walking. Hubby and I are getting on now and need a bit of safety-back-up for our walks. My current Nokia is on its last legs and never finds the signal anyway. I also have a brick, which actually has good signal -…
