You can ask them but I'd suggest no, although you could use a PAC to port your number to another PAYG network then get another Pac and port back in0

I tried this by phoning them in an attempt to keep the existing number. No doubt if a new number is acceptable rather than keep the exising then it shouldn't be a problem.New account with different e-mail and password. However, I wanted the number ported to the better deal. The lady said it could be done but the old deal would then be applied to the new account, if that makes sense?I did what flashg67 suggests.0

I contacted them. Didn't get the new deal, but got a discount and more data (which I wanted anyway). All-in-all I'm happy.2

I already had the new deal, new account and sim. Just asked for the number to be ported accross, which they can do, but I would have lost the benefits of the newer deal.Don't have any issues with them and I too am perfectly happy with their service. It did cost a couple of quid to be able to port the number to another network which closed the first account. Then port the number to the new account. The savings made were more than enough to cover the number shuffle!0
