Vodafone Marketing texts to ex-customers

OH and I both have Orange (or whatever it is calling itself these days) mobile phones. Preparing old mobile to sell?
Hi, I am in the process of replacing my old Samsung Galaxy Y and would like to sell it once my new phone is set up. I have found a good price at CEX and thought it was better to sell it there than risk any scams on Ebay. Do I just delete my info, texts , contacts and so on - or do I need to do a factory reset? If I do a…

I am nearly at the end of a 24 month contract with 3 mobile. I have been on what as far as I can tell is the most expensive contract they do (the one plan, with the paid addition to tether). T-Mobile penalising customers for PAC transfer
I thought I would bring to people's attention a feature of T-Mobile contracts that caught me out this month. If numbers are PAC transferred to T-Mobile from another provider, T-Mobile will split your monthly allowances, such that if, for example you PAC the number two weeks in, your allowance with the new number will be…

Best phone for 11 yr old son
Now I realise that this post will attract some people saying that an 11 year old boy is too young to have a really good phone and I should give him a cheap payg one. T-mob wandering off with £200 credit
Bought three phones about 9 months ago, topped them with £50, £50 and £100. They've since sat in my drawer, forgotten about (I bought them for a specific situation, which never materialised), turned them on today and none of them can make a call! I know T&Cs say that credit expires after 180 days of no-use, but this feels…
