If you're looking for an iPhone check out our Cheap iPhones guide and if it's valuable to you consider whether you need Mobile Phone Insurance.

It comes with 12mo apple warranty, just wondering if anything could go wrong like it being blocked/stolen/faulty as I've heard a lot of horror stories!

Argos appear to have several iPhone 5 models in stock at various shops at £374.95. My guess is they are Apple repair returns, so they should be fine. I had an iPhone 5 repaired by replacement at an Apple store, which seems to be their standard way of quick turn around repairs.
Beware it is an iPhone 5 and as such will only work 4G on EE and 3, not Vodafone or O2.0 -
be customer returns, be fineDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Something could go wrong with it but it's not a fly by night company so you will have some recourse if it turns out to be stolen, etc, and you have the apple warranty if it breaks.0

It'll be fine. The phones will either be customer returns or boght from Apple. Remember, they're not some dodgy back street secondhand shop or eBay.0

Argos don't seem to sell new iPhones, so I'd guess they are Apple returns.0

I've bought two big purchases through the argos/eBay outlet, a piano and tablet, both in perfect new unused condition, box for tablet had seen better days.0
