I left Vodafone in March 2014. Since I left Vodafone have continued to send me marketing texts. I have contacted customer services 9 times so far but the texts continue. Vodafone customer services have been useless.
Has anyone else continued to receive marketing spam texts from Vodafone after they left?

Your customer services team have allegedly fixed my issue but I have wait until 16 August to know if this is true. I will not get my hopes up. It shows spectacular incompetence that your operatives cannot untick a box.
5 months and 10 communications so far to fix a problem that should never have occurred in the first place.
When I left Vodafone I did not expect them to keep sending me marketing texts that I cannot reply to make them stop. This is the same a someone making nuisance phone calls to me and should be treated seriously. Vodafone are abusing my personal data.
Vodafone customer service is the most useless I have ever dealt with. Vodafone processes and systems are not fit for purpose.0 -
