End contract early
I am with O2 and have no coverage at home or work. It's a bad area. When I joined I didn't live/work here and coverage was fine. I want to change to Orange which is good around here but I am only 11 months into my contract. Is it likely to be very costly to change? I need to though because it's so bad.

EE sent me the wrong SIM, which is incompetence in itself. Accepting this as I mistake I phoned them , they told me to pop to the local EE shop. ( Darlington) and they would…

T-Mobile line rental credit/overdue payment
I closed my T-Mobile account a couple of months ago and they wrongly billed me an early termination charge, which after calling them they agreed to waive. I had to wait 30 days for this credit to appear on my account, which was the date the revised final bill was issued. Upon receiving this, under 'last bill', it has the…

BBC News: Opposition to mobile phone chat on planes
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-25058358 I imagine these technophobes are the same type of people who object to mobile phone coverage on the Tube. But in the air, the cost is prohibitive enough to prevent passengers from making long calls that irritate fellow passengers. As far as I know, the two main providers of…

How do you keep track of your warranties for valuable purchases, like Cell Phones?
If you're like me and tend to buy quite a few electronics, you might already have a system to keep track of all the warranties that come with them. Until now, I've been using a classic 3-ring binder, but this takes space and frankly isn't that easy to use when you are looking for a specific document. I've been looking at…
