Vodafone Help

Options
I am having a nightmare dealing with Vodafone CC email team regarding a default they put on my account years ago because of their mistakes.

Does anyone know who I go to after Vodafone have failed to deal with my complaint? Is there like an ombudsman or something?

Thanks in advance.

  • If they ignore your formal complaint you can go to CISAS after 8 weeks. When I used them it worked very well.

I am not sure, but I think 8 weeks is if they deal with the complaint. If they ignore it it makes no sense to wait for 8 weeks.

    Hi paddy29,

Thanks for making me aware of this.

If you'd like me to get things looked into further, could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. So I can make sure I've got it could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?

    Kind regards,

    Lee

    Hello Lee

I have just posted a message on another thread about unsolicited calls from Traveline that I am being billed for...they apparently call me and I get the bill! How can this be legal? You will see the post newly submitted tonight. can you please read it and respond to me.

    Thanks

You don't get charged for receiving a call (unless you are out of the country roaming ) see the thread you started for good advice from several people.

Thanks Techhead, but if you could look at my bill, it makes no sense. Others are saying this is a reverse call number and it does cost you as the recipient. I am not the only one to be stung in this way by this company.

The Travel Line Number is not a reverse call service. Are we talking about the same number.

Try making sense then and post in the 'other' thread what exactly your bill says and what you see in your calls log instead of posting contradicting information all over the board.
