My question is, I have 500mb per month data allowance. I have started regularly checking my data usage. To date from my phone settings I can see, I…

This is a sort of a rant/warning post. I wonder if someone had similiar experience. I had a contract with 3 until last month. I now actually want to get the new 3 contract for 6.90 a month. I found this to be 4.89 on billmoniter, but now it is gone :S, but when I first called them I did not know. - however there still…

Vodaphone being mega-obstructive
Going to try to keep this short and sweet but it's a longstanding and complex issue, one I am trying to resolve on behalf of my son (a student with dyslexia who is pretty trusting and - yep - doesn't always read small print, and who has become totally stressed out over this to the detriment of his studies). Hope I cover…

Lack of replacement phone - advice please?
Hello all, I'm new and would appreciate some advice for my Mum. She has a 6-month-old Motorola phone on which the microphone has broken. She took it into Carphone Warehouse for repair, which was fine as it's under warranty. They told her it would take four weeks to repair and that they could not offer her a replacement…

Business mobile phone contract
Hi! My husband has just renewed his contract from a mobile phone agent. It was too late for me to correct the wrong statement on the contract as it says 'Business Customer' when he is not. Also, he has been offered a very cheap phone (costs about £40) which will cost him to pay £23/month for 24 months. The phone arrived…

Someone please help me. I've got myself in a right state. My 24 month contract ends on 17th August 2013. I went into store to look at upgrade deals but it was closed for refurbishment. So I then tried to upgrade online - it wouldn't let me. So I then had to ring them. I have spoken to 4 different people since Monday. The…

Phone contract mistake?
My mother took out a phone contract in her name for me almost 2 years ago, now I've just noticed (when checking details about renewing and cancelling) that the person who typed in her details got her D.O.B wrong, now surely this should have been noticed during credit checks etc (since it was direct debit) but it wasn't.…

Can I give 30 day notice to end 12 month contract at month 11 & not be charged extra?
This might sound like a daft question, but I'm just about to be 30 days from the end of my orange 12 months sim-only contract. I don't want to renew but move to vodafone due to cheaper plan and high cashback offer that ends in 3 days. What I'm not sure about is whether I can give my 30 days notice now, with the final date…
