My daughter lost her iphone4 last night and we have llyodstsb phone insurance. Has anyone had this happen and with llyodstsb, how did they deal with it. Was it hard or easy process? Any advice would be great.

I think instead of asking strangers on forums it's time to read the relevant policy and do what it requires. For some actions you have only 24 hours deadline.

Thankyou I have read the policies but it all sounds confusing. I've contacted police got number, I've contact phone company to block sim but how do I claim I can't see a number.0

Again, this probably depends on your policy and only you know which one applies. The one I checked randomly says it very clearly:diddldonna wrote: »Thankyou I have read the policies but it all sounds confusing.... how do I claim I can't see a number. You must register a claim within 48 hours of discovering any incident for which you wish to claim, by visiting lloydstsb.com/ib or by phoning Silver Membership Services on 08456 031 839,* selecting the mobile phone option.0 -
Logon to internet banking
Select your current account
Click on the Accounts Benefit tab (below Statement) and scroll down to the Mobile Phone section of your policy.
Here you can either select the phone number for making a claim (which can vary depending on your level of account) or do it online.0
