should I expect the bailiffs?
Hi, had a phone account with LG Hutchison from 2004. It defaulted in July 2010 as I didn't pay the £247 bill. It means my credit scoring is quite low. I didn't pay it s I thought it was wrong. I got letters stating it would be sent to bailiffs. That was in September 2010. Should I expect them?

Orange overcharging £633 for calls on unlimited calls contract
I rang Orange C/S yesterday to ask why they're trying to charge me £633 instead of £36. It appears that my contract was set up last summer with a limit of 300mins per month; it should have been unlimited. Luckily, i have the original shop paperwork to show it should be unlimited, and the brochure picked up in the shop that…

Anyone signing up for a cashback mobile phone deal with a company trading as mobiles.co.uk (part of Carphone Warehouse I believe) should be aware that they will have to wait up to eight weeks for each of their cashback payment cheques. Orange - are they trying it on?
My daughter had an Orange phone contract until she had her phone stolen last August. At that point I gave her my spare i-phone and she gave Orange a months notice as required in her T&C's. Orange gave her a PAC code to port her number and told her she must use it in 30 days or it would expire. In the end she went with O2…

Orange Upgrade has been cancelled by Orange!
I've been with Orange for over 5 years and called them on the 28/11/12 wishing to upgrade to a Samsung S3, but as they wouldn't let me have the phone for free I decided to cancel and requested a PAC code. Orange not paying topcashback (for anyone)
There are innumerable reviews on TCB Orange page concerning their failure to pay out cashback amounts. There are many people missing out on £50-120, it seems an awful lot for a supposedly reputable retailer to be…
