Hi,
had a phone account with LG Hutchison from 2004. It defaulted in July 2010 as I didn't pay the £247 bill. It means my credit scoring is quite low. I didn't pay it s I thought it was wrong. I got letters stating it would be sent to bailiffs. That was in September 2010. Should I expect them?

I think they need at least a CCJ before sending the bailiffs.0

I think grumbler is right i have lived at this address for over 5yrs and i still have letters from debt collectors from the people that lived here before me but i have never had any bailiffs here at my door.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.
