Email address for 3
Bought a PAYG phone from the 3 Store and received email with a delivery date of 15th December. No sign of the delivery and can't get through on the phone because they're so busy. I want to just go and buy it on the high street instead so that I definitely have it for the 25th. Does anyone have a contact email for 3? I need…

iPhone - how to configure preferred mobile networks
My Orange SIM card contains an editable list of 20 mobile networks (listed below). If I put my SIM card in an old phone, I can edit this list by adding and removing mobile networks. Mobile phones (including iPhones) read this list from the SIM and connect in order of preference to the highest available network in the list.…

Orange Upgrade/Retention
Been with Orange a few years now (although we restarted as new customers last year to get a more favourable deal). Had 18 months on a £25/month Blackberry deal. 100 minutes, unlimited texts, 1GB Internet. Wondered what deal I should/could be pushing orange for with a 16GB iPhone 4/4S? (I'd probably prefer the 4 in honesty).

Buying a phone off amazon?
I quite fancy a SIM free xperia ray and they cheapest place to buy seems to be on amazon where it's over £40 cheaper than buying direct from o2. Thing is, there's no mention of warranty etc on amazons site with regard to mobile phones, so what happens if it develops a fault? If I bought from o2 I'd judt pop into an o2 shop…

Orange billing each text twice!
Anyone else had this problem? I don't check my pay as you go account too often, but a recent trip to USA seemed to deplete my credit very quickly. I knew that texts from USA to UK were costing me 45p each, but the credit drain seemed excessive. On checking my account online I found that nearly all the texts I had sent were…

Whats the best £15/month deal?
Ok, how long is a piece of string? Am looking for a £15 per month deal with maximum texts/minutes, free decent qwerty phone (preferably touch screen - currently got a Samsung Toco Lite) that also takes decent pics, not bothered about internet connectivity, and no more than a 12/18 month contract. Preferably with Vodafone…

Tesco mobile warning - don't pay for unused line rental when you join/switch contract
Hi, In general I'm happy with Tesco mobile but I'm posting about this because this is the second time I've been overcharged, so after giving Tesco the benefit of the doubt the first time I thought it best to warn people about my experience. Back in April I bought a SIM only deal from TM, £15/m, and received a new SIM in…
