Orange customer services
I need to know some info on my PM Iphone from Orange, I have tried phoning over 10 times now, but each time I get through the options and then recieve the following
"Thank you for calling Orange, we can not proceed with your call. Goodbye"
Anyone else having problems?

I've just tried ringing through and it's working fine for me. I have had this problem before though and it was when there was a problem with payments to my account (long story!). Try ringing from a landline or using the FAQ on their website.I've worked in the Financial Services industry for the last 25 years.
