New O2 contract wrongly sold by Tesco Phone Shop
Last week I contacted Tesco Phone Shop as I wanted to change from Tesco pay as you go. I was offered a Samsung Galaxy S2 for £26.00 per month, which I was told included 1GB of data. The phone arrived on Tuesday and when I checked my account today on the O2 website, I found out I was being charged an extra £10 per month for…

New Contract vs. Upgrade
My contract with Orange ends in 1 month, and I've given my 30 day notice. This current contract was an 18 month deal at £25/month with 15 months of redemption cashback (that I've redeemed!). I also got £50 cashback at the time by putting the purchase through TopCashBack, meaning that my 18 month contract cost me a net…

Strange problems with my O2
I have a £10pm simplicity account and a £5 data bolt on. This month my O2 says I have exhausted the 500mb of data in two weeks. As I rarely use 300mb in a month I checked with the online advisor who saw usage of 200mb. Another week on and my O2 still says I have no data allowance left but the phone still works. On this…

Vodafone Contract
On 9th August I took out a new contract with Vodafone at £26.00 per month. My direct debit goes from my bank on 23rd of each month. For what period does this £26 cover ? Mobile Phone Technology - What's the Next Big Leap?
My mobile phone contract has expired and at the moment I'm unsure whether to go into a new two year contract just to get a shiny new phone. I've got a basic Android device.
