Strange problems with my O2
Options
I have a £10pm simplicity account and a £5 data bolt on. This month my O2 says I have exhausted the 500mb of data in two weeks. As I rarely use 300mb in a month I checked with the online advisor who saw usage of 200mb.
Another week on and my O2 still says I have no data allowance left but the phone still works.
On this deal you cannot be charged for excessive use of data because it shuts off when you reach the allowance. Voice and text do incur excess charges.
Anyone else come across this problem?

I had a quite similar problem 7 months ago. I just went by a service shop and they couldn't really explain the problem to me and sent a report to some service elsewhere. It took about ten days and then I received a message that they had fixed it. got a ridiculous 10 % discount on the next month...0
