Hello there, just have a quick question; My mother has a contract on Orange for a phone my sister uses, but wants to change the name on the contract (and the details) over to my sisters name and details. Can you do this online, or does it have to be done over the phone? Thanks to those who reply :)

Killed my Samsung J700 on Orange
I entered a code into my phone from the tinterweb saying that it will remove the service provider lock. Although it has removed all the locks, it has zeroed my EMEI number and also the bluetooth one I think. It was an EEPROM reset.
