Quidco Declined by mobiles.co.uk

I pre-ordered Nokia 5800 through Quidco on mobiles.co.uk. It tracked very fast but today when I checked my quidco, the claim has been refused by mobiles.co.uk
I have not had the phone yet, so should I cancel the order and go through Topcashback or just submit an enquiry?

Sounds like the application wasn't succesful. I've only used this place once and although mine also tracked the cashback still hasn't been forthcoming after four months! Was also like getting blood out of a stone to get the free bluetooth. Not impressed - but come to expect that from all cpw companies nowadays. Naturally, I am ready, willing and able to sue should I not get my cashback due to me.

I just called them after seeing your mail and the CS person was saying that the order has been successfull and I should get the phone by Monday as it is expected to arrive with them on Friday

If you got it on a deal with cashback or a free gift or something, then quidco is quite often declined.

Not in my experience (though only had the one with this dealer). Whilst mine hasn't been paid all my others (and there were many) with cpw companies were paid in good order (had one or two minor hiccups but sorted them out easily enough).
