E2 Save sent me wrong phone with no battery?
Been waiting since 16th June for a replacement. Phoned cust servs (yes I did eventually get thru) on 23rd and said they would post a replacement. Still not received anything. More than 7 days have gone by and have used the SIM card in another phone so cant send back. Any advice what to do? Anyone have an e-mail for them?

Which is the best PAYG to use? I only use my phone to do the briefest of calls, so which is the best provider to go for to get the best value for money? Also if my phone is unlocked can I put a new sim card in and port my Orange number over?
