want to speak to a PERSON at e2save - help?

Hi - I have 2 outstanding cashback claims and want to speak to a person, I have tried their interactive help desk but no help whatsoever. I have tried their 0845 655 5522 number but was not able to speak to an actual person, just redirected to the helpdesk.

Does anyone have an alternative telephone no please??

It's OK - I've found it now and spoken to someone. Should have looked closer in the first place!!

Thanks I'll try that one next time.

I must say that the only problems I have had with e2save have been down to myself. I bought 3 phones and have had a bit of trouble keeping up with the cashback dates - just seem to do everything at the last minute.

Each time I have had to phone them I have dealt with very efficient and helpful staff who have managed to help me out with the messes I have got myself into!
