Does anyone know of a FREE way to contact Vodafone PAYT customer services from a vodafone handset?

If you are on Vodafone, you should be able to reach them free by dialling 191. I am pretty sure this applies to PAYT aswell as contract.

Yeah its 191 but if your on PAYT it costs 25p per call to speak to them

No, I don't believe there is a free number for calling from PAYT only contract which is 191.

hmm.. This is what I thought.

I'm sure I heard somewhere that if you were to dial 2345 and then pushed the option to top up but never entered a top up number then eventually you would be transfered to Customer Services Free of the 25p charge.

I've not got my Vodafone mobile handy to try it though.

An update re calling Vodafone PAYT Customer Services for Free.

- Call the following number 08080 402 402 from a landline
- Select option 2 and your call will be transfered to customer services
