I notice on the Mobile News Site that 3 took an hammering re Customer Satisfaction in a recent Independent poll. See https://www.mobilenewscwp.co.uk/cgi-bin/show_more.cgi?id=8072&referee=lister.cgi&area=news The survey says in many cases,that as soon as 3,s customers get a chance to leave they will be off.

Has anyone else experienced problems with Vodafone. I have had to go to O2 as I have had terrible problems. I had been with them since 1997 and had 2 contracts which were due for renewal.
