It doesn't seem you can do this on O2. Ask their CS; they'll never realise there's a demand for it unless people ask. Mind you, others have been doing it for 10 years, so they should have noticed by now.

    Hi,

You can do this - but you'll need to sign up on the O2 website - which is straightforward enough.

Once registered, uou need to login to https://www.o2.co.uk, go to 'My Account' and go to the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Select 'Unbilled Usage' then 'Unbilled Summary'. You should now see 'Inclusive Allowance Details' in the middle pane. Click on that and select your mobile number from the drop-down box.

NB: I'm guessing it only appears after the first bill has been issued (as I don't remember seeing it before my first bill was issued!)

It's not very intuitive, but at least it's there!

you could use the call meters in the phone - dialled calls duration; either note the total on the billing date, or reset to zero

You can call O2 C/S on 0800005005 with your landline or Orange Contract phone. They will be happy to update your used inclusive minutes.

Do excuse me for any errors, as this is my first post.

Just registered for 02 online and now even more confused as i've viewed the bill. only had the phone for a few days and it says that payment for the first month will be taken at the end of the month which is less than a fortnight. Feel totally stupid as i cant understand the charges. It was meant to be £35 per month and the bill comes to £36.13 which includes 96p charge for 02 250 which i thought was the included package.

Wish i'd stuck to PAYG and moan over sorry everyone :(

This is your first bill which covers the next months charges in advance as well the couple of extra days when your phone is first registered. So £35 + £1.13 for the few days before your billing date. Your next bill will be £35 or more if you go over the minutes allocated.

The other point of interest is the minutes left counter on both the online service and customer services is 72 hours out of date which is really pitiful O2 should really get their act together!!!
