    O2 Customer services quoted me 48 hours - but I'm constantly finding it over 48 hours out of date - I usually end up using the phone timer.

    I actually find Orange quite good - usually get a update for the same morning if I phone around midday.

    Thanks donerkebab :) Sorry for being so thick about this and thank you everyone who has helped me, i have got a brilliant phone which i would never have got otherwise. Took pics with it at my nephews sports day and they turned out surprisingly well :D:D
