t-mobile customer retention deals
I am on the old 1-2-1 tariff of unlimited free offpeak calls for £20 a month.
As I have reached upgrade time I asked t-mobile what they could offer for upgrade and they said 6230i for 10 quid, k750i for 20 quid of £5 line rental - ie £15 off for whole year.
Should I take this or go to disconnections for better deal - I don't want to loose the tariff as its not available anymore.

Maybe request a PAC code, you don't have to use it, if it's not used within 30 days it just expires, and when they say you don't want to pay for phone etc etc and you should be OK2p off is still 2p off!0

Give the carphone warehouse a call regarding your upgrade, what t-mobile are asking £10/20 for the two handsets you mentioned they may give them to you for free.
