confused about nokia 1100 and orange.
I have been shopping around for a PAYG mobile phone and the Nokia 1100 really caught my eye. I discovered that this phone is considerably cheaper by Orange than compared to some of the other networks ( eg, the same phone with vodaphone is about £30 more expensive ) and i wondered if there was some sort of downside to…

Anyone have experience of buymobilephones.net?
Hi everyone. I'm considering taking out a contract with https://www.buymobilephones.net. They have some extremely good offers (9 months line rental refund on a 12 month Orange contract), but I am just a bit wary as I've not heard any feedback (good or bad) about them. Reading the Terms and Conditions it seems quite…

O2 PAYG cheap top up?
I've got an O2 PAYG mobile. Anyone know any deals to save on the cost of topping it up. I'm not a heavy user. About £20 or so a year does me as I tend to just use it as an answerphone for messages but I see lot of places that seem to sell top up cards or calling cards with a reduction but are these OK or is there anything…

Save money on mobile phone calls abroad!
Most folks do not realise that whenever they use their UK mobiles overseas to make a local call they are charged for an International call! Mobile companies say this is because these local calls have to be “re-routed” to the UK. Don’t believe a word of it as Vodaphone, for example owns many of the local operators! The…

True cost of 0845 / 0870
0870 numbers can cost from 1p to 14p per minute to call - depending on the time and the telco you use. Likewise, 0845's can cost from less than a penny to as much as 13p. To get an idea how much you are paying, take a look at http://www.snorkerz.co.uk/0845.html. This site has some adverts on it which (supposedly) create a…
