confused about nokia 1100 and orange.
I have been shopping around for a PAYG mobile phone and the Nokia 1100 really caught my eye. I discovered that this phone is considerably cheaper by Orange than compared to some of the other networks ( eg, the same phone with vodaphone is about £30 more expensive ) and i wondered if there was some sort of downside to buying orange PAYG phones
I.m no expert to mobiles so any help would be appreciated
cheers.

It depends to what extent networks wish to subsidise the price of handsets.
Ie. They give you a cheaper handset [than other operators], you go to them and spend money on making calls with them.0 -
the phone is the same after unlocking no matter what network it was on originally (except for the branding)
by the cheapest you can and unlock it for free with one of the many code generators0
