Does any one know of another way to view unbilled calls on call 18866 as the link via http://www.wxx.nl/18866/logon.asp has stopped working.

just go to the homepage and log in on the left hand side0

I can do that but the problem is the format in which the unbills calls are displayed. It is not very user friendly. The other site was great- 1 page listing all calls for all numbers.0

Inforapenny, do you mean the layout of your calls is not ALL on the screen and there is no scroll bar to move up/down/left/right?. yes, mine is the same, so once a month I do a print off and then can read it all. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Mine is OK with a scroll bar on the right but all landline calls are now charged at 0.99p. And mobile calls charged with 2 more decimal places e.g. 0.21390
-
I hope you mean 0.099p and not 99p! otherwise BT is cheaper!0
-
I thought that was pretty clear. 0.99p means less than 1p. Perhaps I should have used a smilar figure for both landlines and mobiles.
Landlines....................0.0099
Mobile example...........0.021390 -
I still can't login - either via https://www.wxx.nl/18866/logon.asp (Page cannot be found) or via either of the 'Customer Login' links on http://www.call18866.co.uk/index2.php# (which just 'hangs' after I click on either).
Haven't been able to do so since 11/1/05.
I've e-mailed them now (via a proper e-mail address rather than the 'Contact Us' option on their website homepage).

Dialling via 18866 is unaffected though - so no real problem!30 years, 217 days!0 -
Just want to echo Heinz's post - I have not been able to log on to the 18866 customer site today.
Will keep trying over the next couple of days. Hope it comes back up before long.
Incidentally, the BT.com website had problems galore for weeks since before Christmas. It is now working again.0 -
Had no trouble logging on today.0
