Talk Talk mistake

Hi there,
on the Talk Talk home page it clearly states both the new joiner and the referrer will receive 20 pounds EACH on joining. I have also seen that stated in various posts on this site.
When clicking through to take advantage of this offer however, it says 10 pounds and when I received my email inviting me to join it also says 10 pounds.
Can I hold them to the original 20 pounds??
Thanks

Yup, I emailed them last night after referring someone and they emailed back saying it would be £20. Copy the page and email it to them asking what the referral fees are and you should get the same response.
Let me know if you don't and I can forward their email to you.

Hi,
just a quick update.
The website has now been amended to say the referal fee is 10 pounds each.
I have tried emailing TalkTalk on various email addresses so they have a record of my complaint but all emails are being returned as undeliverable.
I did ring and speak to someone who said when I am connected just call customer services and explain to them but I said I wanted something in writing hence the email route.
Very fishy I must say!!!

I joined Talk Talk last week via from a link from someone on this page and in the email it states that you are entitled to £20 credit. I have forwarded them a copy of this to see what they say. So if you can retreive the email from the person you referred that is the evidence of the £20 offer.
Interestingly enough they also sent me vouchers in my opening pack that state you get £25 for referring people and the person who joins gets only £10. They seem a bit confused by what is going on.
I would be happy enough if they honour the original £20 offer.0
