How long to keep documentation?
Hi everyone :) Just a quick question from me this morning! I'm having a tidy out at home and can't remember for the life of me how long I'm supposed to keep personal finance stuff for. At the back of my head is 7 years, but someone else has said that only applies if I was self employed and that its 3 years Anyone? :cool:

Is anyone else having great difficulty signing in to online banking? I manage eventually to sign in, but then trying to access my account is impossible, it just hangs for ages, then times out. It is SO annoying and about time they sorted things out.

Shipping to Australia
I have an Australian girl staying with me who is going home very soon. She is only allowed to take one suitcase with her and therefore needs to ship some of her things home.
