Is anyone else having great difficulty signing in to online banking? I manage eventually to sign in, but then trying to access my account is impossible, it just hangs for ages, then times out. It is SO annoying and about time they sorted things out.

I'd like to be able to try to get onto my Abbey online banking. I've just had my second statement, yet I'm still waiting for my online password. Abbey does not have a reputation for good customer service. Their delays and your experiences do not inspire confidence that this has changed.

I tried to open an account, went into the branch with the ID check and sent the form off and heard nothing.

Me too, I rang the begining of January and they had been sent out before Christmas, rang up yesterday and I still have to wait until the end of the week to send a new one out

I've not had any bother getting online with them. But do agree about their customer services.
At the moment i'm getting sick of the phishing emails about bank accounts, wish i knew where they'd picked up by email address from.

yea a couple times in the morning i cant get on using firefox. other times i try with IE and it works, but most of the time it wont work with both.
