As soon as your house is under offer, do all the other agents know?
Just a general question...I ask as our house went under offer and arranging a viewing with another agent they knew it's position already (not showing changed on rightmove or agent website yet)...do they all use the same software (Expertagent?) so will see an update if anything changes across the market..just curious!
