Contracts recieved but still no survey
Just got the contracts and deed transfer docs for the sale of my house through, yet the buyers survey still not done into 7th week of process. I have chased and chased this up with last up date is that they were instructed last Thursday. Should I hold off signing - I am not in a chain as not buying another property.
